PRA (Pensions Risk Actuary)
The Pensions Risk Actuary (PRA) designation is awarded by the Israel Association of Valuators and Financial Actuaries (IAVFA), and is the Israeli recognized benchmark professional designation for those who perform pension plan's actuarial balance sheets. The PRA designation ensures that Certified PRAs have mastered the critical knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to build actuarial balances of pension funds, valuing the rights and liabilities of members in old pension funds in respect of past and seniority and future seniority, and valuing actuarial liabilities in respect of employee benefits in accordance with IAS 19.
